1. Purpose and Scope
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern the conduct of all users of the My Easy Guide platform (“Platform”), including but not limited to travelers, accommodation providers, tour operators, activity providers, and other suppliers (“Users”).
By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Guidelines, the Terms and Conditions of My Easy Guide, and all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
2. Standard of Conduct
Users shall conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner at all times while using the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior
- Hate speech or discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Defamatory, obscene, offensive, or inflammatory content
3. Accuracy of Information
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information submitted to My Easy Guide, including but not limited to profiles, listings, prices, availability, descriptions, images, and reviews.
- Misrepresentation, misleading information, or omission of material facts is prohibited.
- My Easy Guidereserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any content that is inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive.
4. Reviews and User-Generated Content
- Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences.
- Fake reviews, review manipulation, incentivized reviews, or coordinated review activity are strictly prohibited.
- My Easy Guidemay remove reviews that contain personal attacks, defamatory statements, irrelevant content, or violations of these Guidelines.
5. Supplier Obligations
Suppliers listing services on My Easy Guideshall:
- Honor confirmed bookings, agreed pricing, and listed inclusions
- Deliver services consistent with representations made on the Platform
- Promptly inform My Easy Guideand affected travelers of any changes, cancellations, or service disruptions
Repeated or serious violations may result in penalties, suspension, or permanent termination of the Supplier’s account.
6. Traveler Obligations
Travelers using My Easy Guideshall:
- Comply with booking terms, cancellation policies, and supplier-specific rules
- Respect local laws, customs, and property rules
- Avoid conduct that causes damage, loss, or disruption
Travelers may be held financially or legally responsible for damages or violations arising from their actions.
7. Fraud, Misuse, and Prohibited Transactions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on My Easy Guide:
- Fraud, impersonation, identity misrepresentation, or payment manipulation
- Unauthorized off-platform transactions intended to bypass My Easy Guidefees or safeguards
- Use of the Platform for unlawful, unethical, or deceptive purposes
My Easy Guidereserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Users shall not misuse, disclose, or distribute personal data of other users obtained through the Platform. Unauthorized sharing of contact details, payment information, or sensitive personal data is prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.
9. Content Restrictions
Users shall not upload, post, or transmit content on My Easy Guidethat:
- Is unlawful, explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activities
- Constitutes spam, misleading promotions, or unsolicited advertising
- Infringes intellectual property rights or third-party rights
10. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes between users must be raised through My Easy Guide’s official dispute resolution channels.
- Public harassment, coercion, or reputational abuse related to disputes is prohibited.
- Decisions made by My Easy Guidein dispute matters shall be final, subject to applicable law.
11. Enforcement and Penalties
My Easy Guidereserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
- Removal or modification of content
- Temporary suspension of user accounts
- Permanent termination of accounts
- Withholding of payments or payouts
- Legal action, where deemed necessary
Actions may be taken without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
12. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations of these Guidelines through My Easy Guide’s designated reporting mechanisms. My Easy Guidewill review reports in good faith, but is not obligated to act on every complaint.
13. Amendments
My Easy Guidereserves the right to amend these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
