8. Travel Documentation

- Obtaining a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- Obtaining necessary visas and permits
- Checking the entry/exit requirements of destinations
- Ensuring travel insurance (if applicable)
8.2 Our Assistance We can provide guidance on visa requirements and processing, but the ultimate responsibility rests with you.
8.3 Documentation Errors We are not liable for delays or denials due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by you.
9. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory
- Insurance must be obtained before travel
- We can assist in obtaining insurance, but the terms are determined by the insurance provider
- We are not liable for any insurance claims, as they are handled directly with the insurance company
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1 What We Provide We act as agents arranging travel services on behalf of service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not responsible for:
- Negligence or failure of service providers
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or pandemics
- Flight cancellations or delays
- Hotel overbooking or service failures
- Lost or damaged luggage (unless directly caused by us)
- Accidents or injuries during travel
10.2 Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that failed, excluding consequential damages.
10.3 Force Majeure We are not liable for disruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, or floods
- Political unrest or terrorism
- Pandemics or health crises
- War or civil unrest
- Extreme weather conditions
In such cases, we will assist with rebooking or refunds as per service provider policies.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow all travel regulations and laws
- Maintain valid travel documents
- Arrive at airports/hotels on time
- Comply with service provider policies
- Use services responsibly and not engage in illegal activities
- Do not damage property or harass staff
12. Service Quality
- We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information
- Information on our system is accurate as of the date posted
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted system access
- We may experience occasional maintenance downtime
13. Intellectual Property
